I cannot find my Lookup table. Help says it is under Tools - Lookup but I do not have that menu option. Has it been moved to somewhere else?
I want to make sure the table has the required columns for the new EU Customs Requirements starting on 1st Nov

Sorry - saw your post about it being moved to Products screen after I posted above.
However, RM says new EU Customs Requirements starting 1st Nov says 'EU declared as E-Commerce Goods (B2C) will need a Product SKU and a Non-standardised Manufacturer ID for every item'
The Lookup table has a SKU but has no column for the 'Non-standardised Manufacturer ID' - will this be added?

Thanks for the post.
We're working on an update where the Lookup in Packing Partner will gain 2 new columns which will be NS-PID and S-PID.What will be sent to the carriers is:
M-PID
Packing Partner item SKU
NS-PID
Value from the Lookup column, otherwise Packing Partner item Code value
S-PID
Value from the Lookup column, otherwise nothing (non mandatory)
I would think we'll have released this update by the end of this week, but keep an eye on updates to be sure.

OK thanks
Yes there seems to be some confusion over what is now expected. Some documentation I have received says as well as a SKU, both a non-standardised ID and a standardised ID (such as GTIN/EAN etc) is expected - yet Royal Mail are only asking for the non-standardised ID.
Once the update is ready I think I will assign the product EAN to the S-PID column anyway to future proof.
Not sure what I am going use for the NS-PID column. As a reseller any ID is pointless without them knowing the original manufacturer. I may just repeat either my SKU or the EAN for this column.
